Axie Infinity has announced the release of Axie Champions, a match-3 puzzle RPG game on the Mavis Hub. The game allows players to collect, upgrade, trade Champions, and compete with other players in the Champions League.
Players interested in joining the Champions League can download the application from Mavis Hub via their Android devices. After installation, they can connect their Ronin Wallet and begin playing the mobile game.
To start playing, participants must choose a team of five Champions and select Axies to ride with them. They earn off-chain CUBE rewards, which can be swapped for AXS. Meticulous selection is crucial as each axie class holds an Affinity Advantage over others.
The game offers various PvE modes, item upgrades, and Champion Fusion, strengthening the Champions. Players can assemble a Champion team for battle and aim for the Championship Prize.
Axie Champions was developed by Bali Games, a game development company licensed to produce web3 games using Sky Mavis’ Axie Infinity IP. The development team joined the movement in April 2023. Bali Games is renowned for its popular Korean smash-hit Anipang series, which amassed over 130 million downloads.
