Play-to-Earn for 5 Million $EMBER Tokens
To celebrate the opening of the Closed Beta, Ember Sword is offering 5 million $EMBER tokens through various giveaways. This presents an excellent opportunity for the community to earn $EMBER and explore the game’s on-chain elements.
Additionally, a special leaderboard competition has been launched, featuring a formidable boss named Canavar. Players need to upgrade their gear to at least tier 2 and stock up on potions to face this challenge. The rewards for this event include 50 regular Solarwood land plots and a share of 1 million $EMBER for the teams with the most “Canavar’s Head” NFTs by the end of the competition.
Current State of the Game and Test Goals
The Ember Sword Beta is still a very early version, and the phase is the first opportunity for the community to explore various aspects of the game and provide feedback since the Ultra Deep playtests. This early access phase will likely have missing features such as quests and onboarding processes.. Additionally, the size of the playable map is much smaller than what will be available in the full release.
The primary goal of opening up the beta now is to gather feedback that will help improve the game more quickly. The focus will be on iterating the build by implementing new content and features, fixing bugs, and making adjustments based on player input. As a result, the game may be taken down periodically for updates and improvements.
