Blockchain base builder game, Mavia has released a mapped-out plan for the progressive launch of Heroes of Mavia Beta. Over the past few months, the team has consistently engaged in core game design and development. This Beta will be unraveled in three major phases — each phase will accommodate the growth of the player base and new game features. It will progress until the official global launch on the iOS and Android app stores.
Phases of Heroes of Mavia Beta and Release Dates
Heroes of Mavis Beta will begin with a small player base which tends to grow larger soon. The gradual growth will help Mavia developers to test critical infrastructure and optimize assets and logic across different device types, geolocations, localization, and hardware capabilities. Beta Phase 1 will grant Land owners access to the game from June 30 to August 31. It will take place on TestFlight and Android as a direct download. Players would be granted access via Invite Codes on the Mavia Websites. During this period, the developers will watch out for bugs and issues related to different device types and hardware performance capabilities. At the end of Phase 1, all progress would be reset in preparation for the next phase.
The second phase will allow members of the larger Mavia community and other waitlisted members to join the Beta. Players do not need to possess any Land NFTs. There will be a waitlist for players to join, with much priority to Discord and Twitter community members. Beta Phase 2 will take place from September 1 to October 31. This phase will serve as a core Beta test for developers to test-run all aspects of the game with tens of thousands of players.
Notably, Beta Phases 1 and 2 will require an invite code. The invite code will help regulate players’ entry into the game. Mavis will post a clearer procedure for both phases as the event dates draw closer.
The final phase i.e. global launch will be launched on the iOS and Android app stores. Mavia will roll out the game to smaller market countries like South America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Thereafter, larger markets like the USA, China, Japan, and others would be explored. The global app store launch will begin in November 2023.
Heroes of Mavia: Perks
Players can explore from HQ levels 1-5 during the two Beta phases. They can attack other Beta players’ bases with full multi-functionality. The introduction of Alliance in Beta Phase 1 is not feasible but could be implemented in the subsequent phase. Alliance will give room for players to join, engage and enjoy exciting perks. The Armory shop will showcase essential buildings during Beta Phase 1 while the accessory cosmetics and decoration of these buildings will be implemented in Phase 2. As the game progresses, the ability to earn in-game rewards might become more pronounced.
