Night Crows Introduces RAVN Token, Seasonal Gear, and On-Chain Marketplace

Obitus Games and Wemade have revealed new tokenomics for Night Crows, introducing a utility token called RAVN and a season-based gear system. The update will go live with the July 29 patch and forms the foundation of a six-season economic structure spanning 24 months.

Each season will last 14 weeks, followed by a 2-week break before the next begins. During each season, a new gear set will be introduced, available exclusively through that season’s window. Players can obtain seasonal gear by spending RAVN tokens in the in-game shop to purchase Flag Chests. These items are tied to character growth and can be enhanced and refined during their availability.

The RAVN token is minted from Ravium, an in-game reward item. Ravium can be earned through standard gameplay and later converted to RAVN via the TOKEN menu. Once minted, RAVN tokens are used to purchase seasonal gear, exchange for Ravium, or trade on the open market.

Two additional methods of acquiring RAVN have been introduced. Players can stake CROW tokens through the official Night Crows site to earn RAVN in proportion to their staking amount. Staking is flexible, with no lockups or penalties for adjusting contributions between seasons.

A dedicated trading section called the NIGHT CROWS SEASON MARKET will also launch on the PNIX DEX, allowing players to buy and sell RAVN for WEMIX. This creates an off-chain liquidity layer for players who wish to trade their earnings or obtain additional tokens for crafting or gear upgrades.

RAVN will remain active across all six planned seasons, but gear chests tied to each season will rotate. Once a season ends, its gear is no longer obtainable through the shop, though items may continue to circulate through player-to-player trades or remain usable in combat.

The July 29 update will also bring refinements to the game’s staking system, NFT utility, and economy balancing. More information will be shared in the official update notice when the patch goes live.
