Paradise Tycoon, a multiplayer paradise game incubated by Seedify, has now moved into prototyping Paradise Legends, its latest game as an in-game event. The new game is an action arcade role-playing game that supports interoperability with Paradise Tycoon, allowing players to use weapons, consumables, and crafted items from both franchises. Timo Juuti, the co-founder and COO of Paradise Tycoon, said, “Paradise Legends would be the second game in the ecosystem.”
To achieve successful interoperability, the team decided to prototype Paradise Legends by leveraging the existing player base for testing and feedback, utilizing Tycoon’s metalayer (including crafting tools and consumables), and ensuring rapid feature integration.
Paradise Legends to Begin Beta Session After Prototyping
During the prototype event, Paradise Tycoon will iterate the game through four consecutive weekly rounds with short pauses between them to introduce new features and refine the core loop.
In the first round, the team introduced monsters with different characteristics, equipping them with axes, pickaxes, and scythes as weapons with high hit speed and damage scaling. Players have HP and face inventory locks during battles, requiring careful selection of hot bar items.
For the second round, the team explores different weapon damage types alongside monster resistance and vulnerabilities. Players will get more strategic loadout options with new health potion recipes. Community feedback and suggestions will shape the turn of events in the last two rounds.
After these prototyping rounds, Paradise Legends will become a separate entity and debut with a beta launch powered by $MOANI.
