LandZ Arena is now live in Pixel Heroes, marking the start of a new Play2Mint campaign tied to token rewards and NFT upgrades. The event runs from August 20 to September 17 and centers around Carnium, a live battlefield where up to 100 players gather resources, fight bosses, and participate in PvP events like Territory Wars.
The event kicks off with a starting prize pool of 10 million $MGT tokens, which grows over time as players spend in-game. That pool will expand through community actions, including $MGT spent on Arena Seals, Premium Arena Boxes, and in-game deposits. Final rewards are distributed based on how many PlayPoints each player earns.
To participate, you’ll need to activate an Arena Seal NFT, which grants access to the Carnium dungeon via daily tickets and enables players to earn and boost rewards. These seals also unlock a sponsorship mechanic that lets you boost your earnings further by linking to other players.
How Carnium Works: Zones, Bosses, and Guild Battles
Carnium is the main event dungeon and the heart of LandZ Arena. It features a mix of PvP and safe zones where players take part in gathering, mining, fishing, lumbering, monster hunts, and scheduled boss fights. The world boss Cardos appears twice daily, and defeating him rewards players with loot used to craft a limited Mythical ToyZ.
Guilds compete in Territory Wars, where five bases are up for capture in real time. Players earn capture points by standing on bases or defeating opponents. Each base gives buffs to the guild that holds it, and rankings are calculated by total points once the main base activates. Rewards are distributed to both top guilds and individual players based on their performance.
Elite monsters roam the map, and Mythical resource nodes spawn at fixed times, offering high-tier loot. Treasure chests, mini-dungeons, and interaction-based events round out the map’s cycle, with constant opportunities to earn PlayPoints and event drops.
What You Can Earn
Everything in Carnium ties back to rewards. Whether you’re gathering materials, battling bosses, or capturing bases, every action earns PlayPoints which are the main scoring system used to determine how much of the prize pool you’ll receive.
The starting reward pool is 10 million $MGT ($29,000), with more added based on community activity. Players who engage more and use boosts like NFT multipliers and Arena Seals stand to earn more by the end of the event.
The LandZ Arena event also ties into the ongoing CROSS Milestone Challenge, where total community progress across five missions adds $CROSS tokens to the event’s reward pool.
Rewards Breakdown
- 10 million $MGT token pool for all participants
- Additional rewards from:
- 80% of all Arena Seal spending in $MGT
- 80% of Premium Arena Box spending
- 50% of total $MGT deposits during the event
- Statue Cores, used to mint NFT Boss Statues for staking
- Arena Coins, used in the event shop for gear and consumables
- ToyZ NFTs, including exclusive Mythical types only available during the event
Reward Multipliers
Your Total PlayPoints determine your share of the token pool and NFT rewards. Points are earned from every activity in Carnium, with multipliers applied based on NFT ownership and staking. These include:
- LandZ NFTs, which boost base earnings
- Primal HeroZ and Genesis HeroZ, with buffs based on rarity and star rank
- Arena Seals, which activate a 100% PlayPoints boost for sponsors
Guilds also earn based on total Colossus Score, which measures group-wide activity throughout the event. That score determines how many Statue Cores your guild gets at the end of the campaign.
All NFT collections can be found in the Ronin Market. The NFTs can be staked directly through the DApp to apply reward multipliers. LandZ NFTs are available on the Ronin Market, where floor prices currently sit around 55 $RON.
How To Play: Arena Seals and Tickets
To play in Carnium, players need Carnium Tickets, which grant limited-time access to the dungeon each day. These tickets are only given to characters with an activated Arena Seal.
Arena Seals cost 5000 $MGT, about $15 at the time of writing, and can be purchased through the Pixel Heroes DApp. Once activated, they not only unlock daily dungeon access but also allow players to sponsor others. Sponsors earn Seal PlayPoints based on the total Base PlayPoints their sponsees earn, with an additional reward pool reserved for top sponsors.
This system also powers access to Premium Arena Boxes, which contain higher-tier loot. Combined with on-chain staking, Arena Seals are the key to maximizing returns during the Play2Mint event.
Where To Start Playing
LandZ Arena is now live at pixelheroes.io. You’ll need to create a Pixel Heroes account, connect your wallet, and activate an Arena Seal to enter the event dungeon and start earning.
Carnium is open daily, with event content cycling through scheduled battles, bosses, and resource drops. As PlayPoints accumulate, both token rewards and NFT crafting opportunities increase including Boss Statues that can later boost mining power in the $ADVTR ecosystem.
