Sprite Land, the browser-based MMORPG running on Ronin Network, is expanding its play-to-earn ecosystem with a new 500-piece NFT drop called the Houses Collection. The NFTs, which include both individual houses and large. Sprite Land is now in its first live season, bringing new features and a real prize pool to the Ronin-based MMORPG. Season 0: The Origin runs through June 13 and rewards players with USDC and $SPRITE for in-game activity. The more diamonds players collect from defeating enemies and turning them in, the larger their share of the prize pool.
During this season, a new NFT collection is being introduced. The Houses Collection includes 460 houses and 40 guildhouses, each providing a plot of land in the game. Similar to other games like the recent Ronen Coin and Plants vs Ronke, these NFTs allow players to install miners that generate $SPRITE, the game’s main token. Miner slots are based on the rarity of the NFT. Miners can be upgraded using $SPRITE and reset every 24 hours to keep earning. Guildhouses share mined $SPRITE with all members, based on their in-game rank.
How to Mint and Who Gets In First
The mint will be released in phases. It begins with early access for Sprite Land players who have burned NFTs, referred others, or qualified through gameplay. Those players will get a discount. After that, a whitelist phase opens to high-level players. The final stage will be a public sale with no mint limit per wallet.
The mint will take place on the official Sprite Land site. Art for the NFTs will be revealed after the sale ends.
What Houses Actually Do In-Game
Beyond unlocking the ability to mine tokens, lands can be used to create fishing spots, plant bushes, build crafting stations, and repair weapons. These features require $SPRITE to unlock and are tied to the NFT. Other perks include expanded bank storage, custom music, and co-op support that lets other players help with land-based tasks.
Revenue from house sales and royalties also contributes directly to the Season 0 prize pool, which pays out in USDC and $SPRITE. The prize pool is funded by multiple revenue streams: shop sales, royalties from both NFT collections, advertising, events, and the in-game coinflip game.
