It’s a heavy week across the Ronin Network, with new games entering the fold and existing ones stepping up with seasonal updates, prize pools, and creator tools.
Here’s a full breakdown of what’s new.
Fishing Frenzy Adds Aquariums, Expands Season 2
Fishing Frenzy dropped its aquarium feature this week, letting players showcase rare catches, compete in a new leaderboard, and even leave gifts when visiting other tanks. It’s part of a broader Season 2 update that already introduced Bloom Lagoon, Lucky Rods with loot multipliers, and a tiered leaderboard system to fight botting.
Rod “Luck” now boosts drop chances for sushi, gold, and chests. The Creator Dashboard is also live with gold rewards for content and referral tracking. Pets, cosmetics, and crossover items from games like Pixels and Lumiterra round it out.
Pokémon Cards Go Onchain with Jin’s Fortune Spin
Graded Pokémon slabs are now in Jin’s Fortune Spin via Drip. Every spin offers a verifiable shot at real cards like a PSA 10 Vaporeon or 1st Edition Ho-Oh. Players can hold, resell, or redeem for physical delivery. More than 1,200 spins have been logged since launch, and all pricing has shifted to USDC—100 for the Pokémon machine, 30 for the mixed Magic machine. Redemption is instant and tracked onchain.
Forgotten Runiverse Runs Double Events
Guilds are fighting for a city plot and a 450K $PIXEL prize in the new bracketed tournament finale, with finals set for August 14. Winners get land, a Colosseum, and full delegation rights for a month. Separately, the Grand Summoning referral event is now live. Players earn $PIXEL for bringing in new users, with a 150K pool up for grabs. The top five summoners will be immortalized at the Hedge Wizard Encampment.
Apeiron Season 7 Launches With $30K Pool
Apeiron’s new season is live with a $30,000 USDC prize pool. Players can earn via PvP or test rogue-like mode. Season keys are 100 USDC and the game is now on the Epic Games Store.
Calamity Expands Its Pre-Season Economy
Calamity’s migration to Ronin is already producing results. The retro MMORPG now pays players daily Gold tied to USD value through its Wyrm Tribute system.
Players earn Gold from dungeons, city duels, and guild rankings. Leaderboards reward Valor, Fame, and Guild power. Gold is fixed at 100 per $1 and cashes out via dApp.
A token launch for $WYRM is planned for Q3, with Factory NFTs serving as staking hubs and unlocking crafting, dungeon expeditions, and passive yield.
