AlwaysGeeky Games has confirmed that Voxie Tactics will launch on iOS and Android devices on August 4. The mobile version brings the studio’s voxel-art tactical RPG to smartphones, offering full cross-platform support with desktop players.
Originally launched for PC, Voxie Tactics blends turn-based combat and terrain strategy with character progression and collectible NFTs. The mobile release marks the next phase of expansion for the Voxie universe, making the game more accessible to a global audience.
The iOS and Android versions will include PvP matchmaking, casual skirmish modes, and access to the game’s full roster of playable Voxies, each with distinct gear and skillsets. Cross-platform matchmaking will be available at launch, allowing mobile and desktop users to compete in the same arena.
AlwaysGeeky Games says future updates will include an AI training mode and UI enhancements tailored for mobile navigation. No changes have been announced to token systems or in-game asset functionality.
Founded by developers with experience at EA and Ubisoft, AlwaysGeeky Games has positioned Voxie Tactics as a free-to-play RPG that integrates blockchain ownership through the $VOXEL token and Voxies NFT collection. The mobile version retains this structure, allowing wallet-connected users to engage with tokenized assets and on-chain progression.
The full release will be available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store starting August 4.
