SkyMavis-developed game Axie Infinity introduces the Lunacia Cup, a racing game now available on Mavis Hub: Greenlight. Developed by Series V Gamelabs, Lunacia Cup is the first-ever racing game featuring Axies. Drawing inspiration from classic kart games, it incorporates unique Axie mechanics, offering a distinct experience within the Axie ecosystem.

Lunacia Cup comes with several distinctive features, including an Item system. In this system, each part of an Axie’s body functions as an item. Players must collect energy during the race and strategically decide when to use their special abilities, adding an exciting dynamic to the race. These abilities are crucial for winning matches.
Lunacia Cup Gameplay
In Lunacia Cup, players navigate with the WASD keys. They control the Axie’s jump with the “Spacebar,” activate turbo boost with the “Shift” key, drift through tight corners with the “Alt” key, look backward by holding down the “Q” key, and get back on track with the “R” key.
Players can utilize their Axie’s unique traits to strategize for victory, focusing on Endurance (status effect duration), Handling (cornering influence), Stamina (action fuel), and Speed (overall velocity).

Energy orbs scattered across the track can be collected by Axies to gather energy for cards, providing a crucial boost for a strong finish. Winning in the Lunacia Cup requires a strategic mix of Active and Passive Skills. Active Skills, linked to an Axie’s horns, mouth, back, and tail, consume energy and can alter the race’s momentum. Passive Skills, associated with an Axie’s eyes and ears, offer resistance to weaknesses and enhance the Axie’s traits.
