BattleBears, a SkyVu-developed third-person shooter multiplayer video game has announced plans to launch on Immutable zkEVM, a game-based blockchain powered by Polygon.
Since its debut in 2009, the mobile shooter has recorded over 40M downloads. It has also received several laurels and recognition from top tech giants like Apple, Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Facebook, and Sony. BattleBears is preparing to organize an event this Summer in partnership with Google Cloud and Samsung.
Speaking on its launch on Immutable zkEVM, Ben Vu, the founder and creator of the Battle Bears said “We’re so excited to launch our biggest Battle Bears game ever! Immutable’s robust ecosystem and cutting-edge technologies allow us to seamlessly onboard millions of gamers while creating new gaming experiences previously unachievable.”
The game has positioned itself as the next cross-platform PvP + PvE brawler where players collect heroes and level them up with friends. BattleBears has received several laurels including TouchArcade’s Best iPhone Games of the Year and Best App Ever Award for Best Action.
