The event will commence on June 8, 2023, at 2 PM PT and will be featured on the front page of Twitch at 3XP Web3 Gaming Expo. It has a prize pool of $5000, cash rewards, and other prizes (items). Champion Acesnsion Old Sally: Gameplay
Gamers can download the game only to a Windows PC and explore the immersive environment which lies in the World of Massina, an expansive space that houses bustling cities, wide wilderness, and deadly dungeons. The basic gameplay of this event presents a “Players vs Old Sally” mode. Champion Ascension features an interactive map that features historic buildings like The Colosseum Eternal, Emperor Palace, the Lab of Prometheus, the House of Life, the House of Air, and the House of Death to mention a few.
Every player is represented in the game by a Maestro. Maestro controls the actions of in-game characters called Champions. A Champion is a unique character with different advantages, they can be used to explore, engage in quests, craft gear, and fight arena battles. Players must possess a Champion before being able to engage in game battles against components. Alternatively, players can replace their Maestro avatar with their desired Champion. A typical Champion belongs to one of the 12 families grouped into 6 classes. There are 7 Essences from which a Champion derives its power. Players can collect, purchase, and trade Champions or use genes to breed new Champions.
