Pixels introduces Pixel Dungeons, the latest addition to the $PIXEL ecosystem. The game’s Closed Beta is now live on the Ronin Network, inviting gamers to start their adventure today.
Pixel Dungeons brings on $PIXEL mining, PvP sabotage, and obstacles like goblins and lava. Players must survive for two minutes in challenging dungeons, mine $PIXEL to collect loot, sabotage rivals with TNT, and avoid goblins and lava to keep their loot safe. Additionally, players can choose between free and premium maps, offering varying rewards to enhance their gaming experience. Over 100,000 players are already exploring dungeons and earning rewards.
The collaboration with the Ronin Network brings features like shared login, shared reputation, and play-to-earn, all powered by $PIXEL. Players can seamlessly transfer their assets and participate in cross-game events, enhancing their overall gaming experience.
Pixel Dungeons Rings True to Old Promises
Building on their community-driven approach from the 2023 interview, Pixels continues to integrate player feedback into game development. Luke Barwikowski emphasized this commitment: “We don’t have to guess what features to build. We utilize this giant community that we already have, get their feedback, and build with them.”
Pixels has distributed 22 million $PIXEL as rewards and observed players spending 11 million $PIXEL in-game. Revenue has grown by 64% since August, driven by targeted reward systems and enhanced earning mechanisms.
The Closed Beta begins today with the following schedule based on players’ Reputation Scores:

- Day 2 (Tuesday): 12 PM – 6 PM (Rep Score: 3,000+)
- Day 3 (Wednesday): 10 AM – 10 PM (Rep Score: 2,000+)
- Day 4 (Thursday): 8 AM – 4 PM (Rep Score: 2,000+)
- Day 5 (Friday): 6 AM – 2 PM (Rep Score: 1,500+)
